Terms and conditions for vaccination at Dr Doshen Naidoo Inc

• Only private vaccines from birth to 12 years of age will be catered for .
• The quoted price is the cash price and will vary from time to time. Medical aid claims attract an additional 10% on the total due to cost levied by the billing company to present this to your medical scheme.
• Payment methods are cash, eft or medical aid claim . Payments are to be effected two weeks prior to anticipated date of administration, inclusive of all shortfall or levy payments in order for vaccines to be ordered and received in time.
• A quotation will be generated upon your request via the rooms only (no website or social media bookings permitted). This is expected to occur for example at a month of age for your baby’s six week vaccine.
• The signed quotation with signed acceptance of T's and C'S will be presented to you for cash payment or EFT or to your medical scheme should you elect for us to do so (add 10% admin fee for medical aid submission)
• You reserve the right to pay cash and subsequently claim reimbursement from your scheme yourself on the nappi coded invoice you will sign. This can save you the 10% admin fee but will require you to have lengthy engagement telephonically with the scheme yourself.
• Each medical scheme has its own reimbursement model for vaccines anywhere from no reimbursement to 100% of invoice amount and either from medical savings or a special health promotion benefit. It is important to understand your scheme’s remuneration policy with regards to vaccines.
• Upon your request we will present a fully costed invoice plus admin fee to the scheme 2 weeks prior to the vaccine date.
• Once it is known how much the scheme will pay, you will need to pay the shortfall If applicable,at the latest one week before the vaccine date to facilitate ordering of vaccines to be administered.
• There is an applicable clinic fee for vaccines administered independent of a doctor consult. The clinic fee is wavered if vaccination is part of a consult at each vaccine interval. These fees will be noted on your invoice for clarity.
